n Paris's 15th arrondissement, located at Boulevard Victor faces the exhibition center, a 4-star hotel called Le Bellune Hotel, Bar & Spa is the new Parisian place must-see in the neighborhood. Le Bellune is a true Parisian home with an Italian soul. Its name comes from its address, Boulevard Victor, an homage to the unknown nobility. Claude-Victor Perrin said Victor and Duke of Bellune, an Italian city in the heart of the Dolomites.
Le Bellune Hotel, Bar & Spa opened last November 2022 under the direction of Karine Oriot, offering 105 charming rooms distributed in the style of a boutique hotel on ten floors, offering a clear view of all of Paris on one side and the Eiffel Tower, on the other side. Le Bellune is an urban oasis and cocoon where Parisians and travelers are invited to relax and breathe.
The lacks and forests of the Dolomites have deeply inspired the interior design executed by Stéphanie Cayet. “I think the new luxury is getting to the point. I wanted to compose an interior landscape, resting, without artifice or superfluity for this new project,” explained Cayet. Materials such as wood, stone, and leather are used to create a raw and refined interior design. Neutral colors, from green to ochre, remind the forest and nature, neat and sleek. There’s plenty of vegetation here and there to warm up the atmosphere.

The Bar of Le Bellune Hotel is the heart beating of the place. In the Italian manner, they propose cocktails and aperitifs accompanied by tapas to share and taste in friendliness. Le Bellune works with a selection of French and organic products, Parisian when possible: L’ Infuseur Paris herbal teas, organic juices from Boissonnerie Paris, organic and french Gin made to measure for the Bellune with Baccaé. Local products are picked. Business visitors and tourists find here something to create new and powerful memories.

The invitation to travel and expatriation is one of Bellune’s precious assets. In all the rooms of the Bellune, we find postcards inviting travelers to leave a message to the hotel’s teams and offer a feeling of faraway travel while in the heart of Paris. To take the décor to the next level, the Bellune Spa is an absolute must. The gorges of the Ardo river that cross the Dolomites inspired the Bellune Spa, designed in a cozy atmosphere, with mineral stones leading a 10-meter-swimming pool long, hot tub, and hammam. For the most daring, this is the perfect spot to recover and lounge after jogging on the “petite ceinture” just behind the hotel. Le Bellune also offers a tiny gym well equipped with wooden sports machines signed by WaterRower.

Lastly, Le Bellune Hotel, Bar & Spa is deeply committed to the environment and supports a sustainable vision of hospitality for its guests and teams.
Currently certified in 2023 by the international label Clé Verte, the teams evaluate their actions daily to minimize the impact of this industry. Here are some of the activities already carried out and implemented within the hotel:
The hotel is Breeam Certified Facility Eco-Design; there is a green roof where trees grow and where solar panels cover part of the thermal consumption. A rainwater recovery system was installed to water the patio and façade plants. They collaborate with “Joyeux Recycleurs,” which offers recycling and waste management companies in Paris. The products available in rooms are organic and vegan for cosmetics, signed by Terre de Mars. The coffee capsules and tea bags are biodegradable. The household is made with ozonated water, eco-responsible method, neutral for the environment, and protects the health of employees and guests of the hotel.
Le Belleune Hotel, Bar & Spa is an urban cocoon where the serenity of the travelers is the priority and where it is perfect to live.
