The Spa of the Villa Gallici is unconventional. Book your spa time and enjoy a unique experience with the golden-wall jacuzzi. The Spa’s warm and intimate mood will let you relax after a hard day of shopping in town or the various’ museum visits and art galleries. The outside 28-degree heated pool is open all year round for the most daring guests. There is also a sauna and a cryotherapy booth to savor at your convenience. The Spa is offering Carita treatments mainly and proposes a local cosmetic brand named Origine to dive deeper into the heart of Provence.

After your relaxing parenthesis, it’s time for a gourmet experience on the restaurant’s terrasse, enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate and sunbeams. Chef Christophe GAVOT has held the gastronomic restaurant of the Villa Gallici since 2003. Always surrounded by his brigade, the Chef offers a refined Provençal cuisine, evolving according to the seasons and favoring the quality of the products. His excellence and taste for perfection will not leave you emotionless. Coming from the Monaco Hotel School, the Chef made his debut in Corsica and Switzerland before embarking aboard the ship Mermoz under Jean Abauzit, Master Chef of France. Over the years, the Chef has acquired an exceptional experience that he highlights in Villa Gallici.
